Q: How do I install Flipside?

A: Make sure your phone or case is clean of oil, debris, and dry before installation. Remove the adhesive backer and apply firm pressure equally over the entire surface to ensure good adhesion. Wait 30 minutes before full use.

Q: Can I wireless charge with Flipside?

A: Wireless charging is possible without a case. It also depends on the wireless charger, due to power and distance deviations throughout chargers. With a case, wireless charging is not possible as the distance of current chargers becomes to great.

A: Triptech's 90 day limited warranty protects against defects in manufacturing and materials for 90 days from the purchase date. Triptech will replace its product if, due to defective components or manufacturing or if it does not perform as described. This warranty covers only replacement of the product itself. Triptech's liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only.

Q: Do I need to register my Flipside for warranty?

A: No, an original or copy of the sales receipt/order number from our website or an authorized reseller is need for warranty service.

Q: My phone broke while I had Flipside installed. Will you replace it?

A: We are sorry to hear that. While Flipside helps from dropping or damaging your electronics, we can not guarantee damage from being prevented to the device.

Our 90 day manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage to any device or personal property. Triptech is not liable for any damage or destruction to consumer electronic devices or other personal property.

Limited Liability
In no event is Triptech or its authorize suppliers liable to you or any third party under any circumstances arising from the use of the phone grip, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of the value of the phone grip. Triptech has no liability for any damage or destruction that may come to consumer electronic devices, any data losses contained in the device, or any personal property used in coincidence with the phone grip. The entire liability of Triptech and its suppliers shall be limited to the cost actually paid by you for the phone grip.
